About the Founder
Chelsey Hibbard is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Actionable Workforce Analytics, operating under Lorenz Workforce Consulting, LLC.
With more than 20 years of workforce analytics and organizational research experience across federal and public-sector environments, she has led large-scale survey initiatives, competency modeling projects, and workforce analytics efforts across complex, high-stakes organizations.
Chelsey holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and her background in applied workforce research enables her to design rigorous measurement strategies while translating complex findings into practical, leadership-ready insights.
She has supported organizations in:
